Parts Advisor

Company Overview Lindstrom Equipment is a family operated agricultural machinery and parts dealership. They specialize in selling and servicing farm equipment, parts and implements from top brands, such as CLAAS, Fendt and JCB. Lindstrom Equipment continues to grow with WI locations in Modena, Menomonie, Watertown and Tomah. Responsibilities: · Assist customers and service technicians in identifying the correct parts · Process part orders in person, over the phone and online · Receive, inspect and stock incoming parts shipments · Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts · Order parts from vendors and track backorders · Process returns and warranty parts when necessary · Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge · Other tasks as assigned by the Manager Requirements: · High School diploma or equivalent is required · Experience in agricultural equipment or a related field is preferred · Experience in a customer service field preferred · Strong understanding of farming practices and equipment · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Excellent organizational and computer skills · Ability to multitask · Honest, dependable and self-motivated · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Must have a reputable driving history and a valid driver’s license Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location: In person
