This position plays a critical role in supporting both our retail customers and service department by ensuring the right parts are available when they're needed. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take an active role in the organization, growth, and ongoing development of the Parts Department. What You'll Do Assist customers in identifying and purchasing trailer parts and accessories Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone Process parts orders, quotes, and invoices accurately Support the Service Department by sourcing and supplying required parts Maintain inventory levels and assist with inventory control procedures Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments Keep the parts department clean, organized, and professionally presented Follow up on special orders and communicate updates to customers Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal team members Assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department Help manage inventory replenishment, purchasing, and stocking strategies Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Take ownership of department organization, inventory accuracy, and merchandising Assist with training and supporting new team members as the department grows Work closely with management to achieve sales, inventory, and operational goals What We're Looking For Previous parts, automotive, trailer, agricultural, powersports, RV, or equipment industry experience is considered an asset Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Inventory management and purchasing experience is considered an asset Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience is considered an asset Demonstrated ability to take ownership of processes and drive results Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset Why Join Factory Outlet Trailers?
