Parts Advisor

Experienced Parts Advisor Needed Interstate DCJRF is looking for a full-time Parts Advisor to join our team! Apply today or come in and ask for Billy Smith! Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet and serve every client promptly, courteously, and professionally. Answer questions and assist them in identifying and obtaining needed parts. Handle orders and requests for parts efficiently and accurately via phone, e-mail, as well as over-the-counter clients. Ensure parts are charged to repair orders and invoices. Maintain inventory on shelves and in bins by performing perpetual inventories, restocking of parts, reporting any discrepancies in stock levels, and returning unsold items to stock. Order non-stock or special-order parts. Follow up on special ordered items and notify the client or technicians when received. Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary. Continue knowledge of DCJRF products and services by training on-the-job and participating in educational and development programs. Perform other duties as assigned.
