Parts Advisor

Bob Brady Auto Mall is currently looking for a friendly Automotive Parts Advisor to coordinate parts for vehicle service and repair. You will work closely with our service team to provide excellent customer service to our patrons. When customers arrive at or call the parts department, you will greet them and determine what parts they need for their service and process payments for purchased items. You will also oversee the inventory, unpacking materials and documenting each shipment to ensure inventory numbers are current. Responsibilites Assist customers (in person and by phone) with identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts Check inventory, process orders, and manage stock levels Provide accurate pricing and availability information Maintain a clean, organized parts department Support service technicians with timely parts delivery What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in automotive parts or retail preferred (but we’ll train the right person) Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A positive, team-oriented attitude Perks: Competitive hourly pay Employee discounts on parts and services Flexible scheduling Supportive, friendly work environment Pay: From $35,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
