Be the person our technicians and customers count on. Every repair at our dealership starts with the right part. As our Parts Advisor, you’re the one who finds it. Technicians are waiting on you to get their jobs done, and customers are counting on you to get their vehicle back on the road. If you like solving problems, being useful, and knowing you made someone’s day easier, this role is for you. We’re a Mopar dealership with over 20 years in the Ottawa community and we’re proud of our team. You don’t need to be a parts expert to apply. If you’re curious, organized, and good with people, we’ll teach you the rest, including our parts systems and the Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Fiat, and Dodge lineup. What you’ll do Help technicians get the correct parts quickly so repairs are done right the first time Serve retail, wholesale, and online customers, in person and by phone, with a friendly and honest approach Look up parts in our electronic catalogue and check availability Receive incoming orders and track back-ordered parts Keep customers and the service team updated on timing and cost Help keep stock organized and let the Parts Manager know when inventory runs low Deliver and pick up parts as necessary Keep the parts department clean, safe and running smoothly What you bring A positive attitude and a real desire to help people Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, trades counter or similar) Clear communication, both in person and over the phone Good organization and the ability to juggle priorities in a busy environment Comfort with computers and learning new systems Ability to lift parts such as tires, batteries and brake rotors (up to 50lbs) Working French is an asset Nice to have, but not required Automotive or parts experience Knowledge of Stellantis vehicles What you get Room to learn and grow with a dealership that invests in its people Training on our systems and products A supportive team across Parts, Service, and Sales Ready to be the go-to person on a great team?
