Dealership: L0442 Avondale Nissan Avondale Nissan Hiring: Parts Advisor Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually, Earnings Based on Your Performance Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. What You'll Do Be the go-to resource for customers by helping them find the right parts, accessories, and products for their vehicle. Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and positive experience every time. Partner with our Service Team to ensure technicians have the parts they need to keep repairs moving. Source and order parts from trusted suppliers to meet customer and service department needs. Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory so parts are available when needed. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional parts department. Keep accurate inventory records and help ensure inventory levels through regular counts and tracking. Process customer payments and assist with credit authorizations. Manage parts returns, warranty claims, and core returns. Contribute to a positive team environment where collaboration and customer satisfaction are the top priorities. What You'll Bring At least 6 months of previous parts advisor experience. Understand basic automotive components and systems Automotive dealership service experience Deliver a memorable customer experience Effectively utilize technology and inventory management systems Building relationships that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
