Lithia & DrivewayDealership: L0173 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Bryan College Station Bryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | Bryan, TX Bryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Parts Advisor to support our growing service and parts operations. This position works directly with customers, technicians, and vendors to identify, source, and deliver the right parts while maintaining accurate inventory and providing excellent customer service. The Parts Advisor reports directly to the Parts Manager and is an onsite position. Position : Parts Advisor Schedule: Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays Pay: Base Pay + Performance Incentives What You'll Do Assist customers and technicians with parts identification, pricing, availability, and ordering. Utilize OEM catalogs and dealership systems to accurately source Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts. Coordinate with the service department to ensure parts are available for scheduled and active repairs. Process special orders, warranties, returns, exchanges, and core returns. Receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory. Support inventory control processes, cycle counts, and bin maintenance. Deliver professional customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication. What You'll Bring 6 months to 1 year of automotive parts experience. Experience working with OEM or aftermarket parts catalogs and lookup systems. Understanding of automotive components and vehicle systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment. Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
