What You'll Do Answer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email. Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock availability, and taking parts orders in a quick, friendly and professional manner Interact with Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service. Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests. Create accurate invoices. What You'll Bring CDK experience, preferred Parts Advisor experience Strong communication skills Attention to detail Positive Attitude Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
