Parts Advisor

The Parts Advisor will provide quick and efficient service to all retail and wholesale customers.To distribute and ship all parts in an orderly and expedient manner: Main Duties: -Greet all customers and provide excellent customer service. Follow the telephone- answering procedures. -Address customer and technician requests. -Pull parts from inventory as outlined in pull board procedure and generate invoices. -Source Parts. Enter parts number into the computer that has been given to the technicians on work orders. -Select dealership products. -Create orders for all parts ordered. -Ship Cores- retail and warranty -Reorder stock parts and empty bin parts -Keep proper stock level for shop parts and supplies. -Check off all parts arrivals and receipt the orders in CDK -Cut Keys -Sell accessories and parts Employment Requirements: Gr. 12 High School Diploma Automotive Part Knowledge Computer Knowledge Excellent Customer Service Skills Valid Driver License We offer initial and ongoing training.
