Parts Advisor

Clement Collision Center is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Collision Center Parts Advisor to join our team. This is a key position within our collision operation. The right person understands that getting the correct parts ordered, received, checked, and delivered to technicians on time is critical to keeping repairs moving and customers satisfied. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, stays organized, and can work effectively in a fast-paced collision center environment. Responsibilities Review repair estimates and identify all parts needed for each repair Order OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and alternative parts as required Work closely with estimators, technicians, production management, and vendors Verify part numbers, pricing, availability, and estimated delivery dates Receive incoming parts and inspect them immediately for damage and accuracy Mirror-match parts before vehicles enter production Identify missing, incorrect, or damaged parts before they delay repairs Process returns and credits promptly Track backordered parts and provide regular updates to the production team Organize and stage parts by repair order and vehicle Maintain accurate documentation of all parts purchases and returns Monitor parts profitability and help control unnecessary parts expenses Communicate with dealerships, aftermarket suppliers, salvage vendors, and other parts sources Assist with supplements when additional parts are discovered during repairs Keep the parts storage and receiving areas clean and organized Help maintain an efficient repair process from teardown through vehicle delivery What We’re Looking For Automotive parts experience preferred Collision center or body shop parts experience strongly preferred Knowledge of OEM and aftermarket automotive parts Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple repair orders at the same time Strong computer and communication skills Ability to work with technicians, estimators, vendors, and management Ability to identify parts problems before they impact production Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Dependable and able to work independently Experience with CCC ONE is a plus Dealership parts experience is also a plus The Person We Want We are looking for more than someone who simply places parts orders.
