Parts Advisor

Midway Auto has been serving Nebraska drivers for over 100 years, and we’re looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Kearney. This role works closely with our service department and customers to ensure accurate, timely parts support and a high level of customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven dealership environment. Schedule Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Full-Time | In-Person No weekends What You’ll Do Assist service advisors and technicians with ordering and sourcing parts Work directly with customers to identify and fulfill parts needs Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Manage multiple requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to remain calm and composed in a busy environment Valid driver’s license preferred What We Offer $36,000 – $55,000 per year starting compensation range Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and employee discounts Stable, family-owned dealership with long-term growth opportunities Why Midway Auto We’re a family-owned dealership with over a century of trusted service in Nebraska.
