Parts Advisor Jamestown Honda | $17.50+/hour based on experience | Full-Time Want to get your foot in the door of the automotive industry and learn from someone who knows the business inside and out? Jamestown Honda is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, enjoys working with people, and wants to learn more about the automotive industry. Previous parts experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person! You’ll work directly with Eric Webber, our Parts Manager, who brings nearly 30 years of parts experience to the team and has been with LUV Automotive Group for the past 4 years. If you’re looking for someone who can teach you the business and help you build valuable skills, you’ll be learning from one of the best. What You’ll Do: Assist the Parts Department with daily operations Help receive, organize, and stock incoming parts Locate and distribute parts to the Service and Sales Departments Assist with inventory organization and accuracy Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department Communicate with technicians, advisors, vendors, and customers as needed Help identify and locate automotive parts using our computer systems Deliver parts throughout the dealership when necessary Assist with other parts department duties as needed Provide friendly and professional service to both internal and external customers We’re looking for someone who is: Dependable and hardworking Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and take direction Comfortable using a computer Able to communicate professionally with coworkers and customers A team player with a positive attitude Interested in learning more about automotive parts and the dealership industry Automotive or parts experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and work ethic who is ready to learn.
