Parts Administrator

Position Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented Parts Administrator to join our team at the Houston Fairbanks office. In this role, you'll keep our parts operation running smoothly by generating purchase proposals, creating stock orders, coordinating with suppliers and branches, and supporting the Senior Parts and Logistics Manager with reporting, presentations, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Generate supplier-wise and branch-wise purchase proposals from the CR2 dealer management system as directed by the Senior Parts and Logistics Manager Create stock orders in the CR2 system and supplier portals, ensuring accurate and timely data entry Follow up on purchase order acknowledgements from suppliers and coordinate with branches on order status Support the Senior Parts and Logistics Manager in developing and documenting parts business processes Help prepare parts-related presentations for internal meetings and leadership updates Assist with preparing and maintaining parts administrative reports Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred At least 2 years of experience in parts administration, purchasing, inventory, or a related administrative role Accurate, detail-oriented data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Preferred Qualifications Background in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial parts Experience working with supplier portals and purchase order processes Key Skills Organized and detail-focused Clear, professional communicator with suppliers and branch teams Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and systems Team player who takes ownership and follows through Why Join Us At ROMCO, you'll be part of a supportive team that keeps our customers' equipment up and running.
