Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right automotive parts and accessories by leveraging extensive product knowledge and understanding vehicle systems. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and parts management using inventory management systems and POS (Point of Sale) tools to ensure product availability. Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to help customers make informed decisions. Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and maintain proper cashiering procedures with attention to retail math and cash handling protocols. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service to promote repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to meet retail sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by stocking shelves, managing order fulfillment, and ensuring safety standards are met. Requirements Proven experience vehicle maintenance, automotive parts sales, or dealership experience is highly valued. Familiarity with inventory management software, POS systems, Microsoft Office suite, and parts management tools. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting customer relationships. Organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control processes. Ability to handle cashiering duties including cash handling and retail math accurately.
