Partnerships Lead (Founding Team)

DroidDepot is part of spARK Labs by ARK Invest. Robots reach Florida's warehouses, hospitals, hotels, and communities through the operators who already hold those contracts — the primes, BSCs, dealers, and multi-site operators. Your job is to make DroidDepot their robot arm: the deployment-and-operations partner inside their contracts, never a rival bidder. There is one Partnerships Lead seat on the founding team — and it will only ever be offered once, on these terms. This is the part-time, founding-equity window: flexible hours built around your current work, 0.25–1.0% founding equity, and the chance to define our entire channel before anyone else does. Once we raise and this becomes a full-time role, that window is gone. The people who join after the raise will inherit a channel. The person who takes this seat will have built it. Your first 90 days, one deliverable: three signed channel partners, each with a named site list — drawn from Florida facility primes, mid-size BSCs and landscapers, OEM dealer networks, and 3PL operators — plus the partner economics sheet that makes saying yes easy, and a live pipeline of the next ten partner conversations with the decision-maker named at each. Who you are: you've sold through multi-site operators, not just to them — regional business development or channel sales at a facility-services prime, an OEM dealer network (Tennant / Nilfisk / Kärcher class), a 3PL, or a services firm that lives on partner contracts. You know how primes actually buy: the subcontractor posture, the procurement gates, the site-list conversation. The honest stage: pre-revenue and pre-pilot, bootstrapped, founder-owned, with partnership inquiries already in motion across Florida primes, OEM platforms, and logistics operators. We're not offering a salary today. We're offering the one seat that defines our channel — on founding terms that won't be offered again once this is a full-time role.
