eeking a Custom Carpentry Partner – Shop Space + Steady Work Available LF Homescapes is a South Shore residential contractor (Boston to Kingston) with a busy client base and growing demand for custom built-ins and finish carpentry. We have: a shop space, an active client pipeline, project management, permitting and client handling. We need: an experienced carpenter or cabinetmaker who wants to run their own custom work without chasing clients. Possible arrangements: Use of our shop in exchange for priority on LF Homescapes projects Per-project subcontract pricing A revenue-share partnership on a dedicated custom carpentry division Ideal partner: Proven experience in built-ins, cabinetry and millwork (a portfolio is required) Insured, or willing to get insurance Professional, reliable, and able to quote and deliver on schedule Pay: $16.00 - $41.22 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Work Location: In person
