CLASS A LINEHAUL PART-TIME DRIVER FEDEX GROUND- HOME DAILY Class A CDL Drivers ONLY Dispatch Schedule in the SE Region of the United States Sunday run NO Touch Freight – Drop and Hook Terminal to terminal Moss Trucking & Freight, Inc. is seeking Safe and Responsible Class A Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators. We are hiring a Part-Time Driver for Weekend Runs. Ideal for semi retired CDL driver or a CDL driver who wants to make extra money on the weekend. Please note: To be considered for employment with Moss Trucking & Freight, Inc. as a Class A Driver - you must meet ALL of the requirements listed below. This experience will be verified & the driving experience must be in a tractor trailer. Cannot have more than a combination of 2 tickets/accidents in the last three years. Evidence of 12 months of verifiable driving experience within the previous 3 years, OR Evidence of 5 years of verifiable driving experience within the previous 10 years, and no record of the offenses set forth in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Requirements Minimum 21 years of age Pass an Alcohol and/or Drug Test Pass a Background Check Pass a Motor Vehicle Check including drug and alcohol verification Have a valid DOT physical Pass a road test Provide appropriate CDL and Double/Triple endorsement for the position Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures Responsibilities This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a commercial vehicle and requires compliance with Safety & DOT Regulations, continuous training, and customer service.
