Part time Warehouse Worker

We're a close-knit team near O'Hare looking for a reliable, hardworking warehouse associate to keep our operation running smoothly. Opportunity to Grow This position starts as part-time, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role with full company benefits based on performance, reliability, and business needs. What You'll Do Devan (unload) incoming containers by hand and with equipment, checking products against packing lists Receive, sort, and organize inventory in designated locations; keep the warehouse clean and orderly Pick, pack, and prepare orders for ground shipping (UPS/USPS/Amazon Shipping/LTL), including taping, labeling, and printing shipping labels Build, stack, stretch-wrap, and secure pallets for outbound freight Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move and store product Assist with inventory counts and report damaged or missing items Follow all safety procedures and company policies What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience preferred (devanning, shipping/receiving, palletizing) Forklift experience required; certification is a plus (we can certify the right candidate) Comfortable using a pallet jack and tape gun Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand, bend, and walk for an entire shift Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Attention to detail when counting, labeling, and organizing product Basic English communication skills Benefits Paid leave (in accordance with Illinois law) Upon conversion to full-time: health insurance, paid time off, SEP-IRA retirement contribution (after probationary period), and year-end bonus eligibility Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
