This is a Part Time position. The Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-12:30pm. Starting pay is $22.50 an hour. Main Activities/Responsibilities: Process all returned goods in SAP according to NADC-SOP-0074. Inspect product and accurately update inspection notes in SAP. Work with customer solutions to resolve RMA order discrepancies. Ensure all inventory is accurate and spreadsheets are updated daily. Move items, physically and in SAP to proper locations so the items can be appropriately processed. Ensure the compliance of safety norms to include maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area Other duties may be assigned. Competencies: Must be able to interact with others Must be able to prioritize projects Must be able to follow SAP and department procedures Must be able to follow orders Must be able to operate warehouse machinery Must be able to communicate in English Preferred but not required: Have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Be able to handle information in a confidential manner. Be able to read, write, and speak English language and be understood. Be proficient and accurate in the use of computer software programs and accessing information from the company computer system. Be able to photocopy, fax, and use the postage machine. Be able to interact diplomatically with people both in person and on the telephone. Your Physical Demands/Work Environment: Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders, and lifting up to 50 lbs Performs activities in a warehouse environment.
