Part-Time Warehouse & Production Associate

Sulco Industries Ltd. | Brantford, Ontario Pay: $20.00 per hour Job Type: Part-Time (20–35 hours per week) Schedule: Highly flexible hours, including weekend availability About Us Sulco Industries Ltd. is a Canadian company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of plastic food wrap products. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated individual to join our warehouse and production team. This is a hands-on position with highly flexible scheduling. We understand that everyone has different commitments and are happy to work with the right candidate to establish a schedule that suits their availability and our production needs. Key Responsibilities Operate plastic wrap rewinding and production machinery safely and efficiently. Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure consistent product quality. Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Perform quality control checks on finished products. Move, organize, and handle raw materials and finished inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Perform general janitorial duties, including sweeping, cleaning workstations and equipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize daily tasks independently. Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as required. Qualifications & Requirements Comfortable operating and working around production machinery. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Able to perform repetitive movements and physically demanding tasks throughout a shift. Reliable transportation to and from our Brantford warehouse. Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions. Willingness to perform general cleaning and janitorial duties. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or machinery experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.
