Part-Time Warehouse Production Associate

Job Overview We're a growing e-commerce business specializing in horse care products, with a focus on developing and delivering effective solutions for thrush. Our team manages in-house production, production preparation and online order fulfillment to ensure customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. We're looking for reliable hands-on people to join our warehouse team. This is initially a part-time position with approximately 10-20 hours per week with the potential for additional hours based on business needs and performance. Responsibilities Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently Label products and packaging according to established specifications Assist with product preparation, assembly and production tasks Seal, wrap and prepare finished products for shipment Receive, organize and maintain inventory and warehouse supplies Inspect products and packaging for quality and consistency Restock workstation supplies and keep production areas oraganized Meet daily productivity and quality expectations Maintain a clean and organized workspace Communicate inventory shortages, damaged products and quality concerns to the supervisor Skills Strong attention to detail Reliability and punctuality Good communication skills Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, production packaging or fulfillment experience Experience with labeling, inventory management, or quality checks Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment Previous experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Work Location: In person
