Part-Time Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate Stylia Sales & Marketing Ltd. is looking for a reliable, organized individual to join our team in a part-time casual warehouse and order fulfillment role in Kelowna, BC. This is a hands-on position involving receiving and unpacking bedding products, processing customer orders, preparing shipments, and helping maintain accurate warehouse inventory. About Stylia Stylia Sales & Marketing Ltd. is an established Canadian sales and marketing agency representing leading consumer brands across Western Canada. Since 2012, we have worked with manufacturers and major retailers to develop markets, grow sales, launch products, support dealer networks, and manage key retail relationships. In addition to our sales agency business, Stylia manages inventory and order fulfillment for select brands through our local warehouse. We are a small, hands-on team that values reliability, accuracy, accountability, and getting the job done properly. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and unpack pallets of bedding products Verify incoming products and quantities against shipping documents Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment Process customer orders accurately Print invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels Package and prepare products for courier and freight pickup Maintain accurate inventory records and product locations Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation Investigate and report inventory discrepancies Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse Work closely with the Stylia team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Assist with other warehouse, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment duties as required What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, accurate, organized, and comfortable working independently. High school, college, and university students are welcome to apply. The right candidate will: Be reliable and show up when scheduled Have strong attention to detail Be organized and comfortable working with inventory Be comfortable using a computer, printer, and shipping software Be able to follow established processes and instructions Communicate clearly with other members of the team Be comfortable performing physical warehouse work Take responsibility for completing orders correctly and on time Be willing to help wherever required in a small-team environment Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, or administration is an asset, but not required for the right person. Position Details Job Type: Part-time / Casual Hours: Hours will vary based on incoming shipments, customer orders, and operational requirements. Location: Kelowna, BC Compensation: $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience. Physical Requirements This position involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, unpacking cartons, moving products, and general warehouse activity. Applicants must be physically capable of safely handling bedding products and warehouse shipments.
