Part-Time Warehouse & Operations Coordinator (3PL / E-commerce)

PickPackPanda is a small, growing e-commerce fulfillment team in Gaithersburg, MD. We ship orders for online brands and run our own e-commerce brand too. We're looking for a reliable, organized person to own the day-to-day in our warehouse and grow with us. This is a part-time, in-person role, at least 3 days a week, starting the week of October 12. What you'll do: Receive and check in inbound shipments, including pallets Pick, pack, and ship orders at least 3 days a week Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and presentable, and help plan the layout as we grow Answer calls and emails from customers and prospective clients, and follow up with new leads Coordinate daily with our local and overseas team Help set up and improve our tools (label printer, scanner, mobile packing station) Pitch in on projects for our own e-commerce brand What we're looking for: Dependable and on time, without needing to be managed Organized and detail-oriented, since accurate orders matter Comfortable on the phone and writing clear emails Able to lift boxes and be on your feet Comfortable with basic tech (Shopify, shipping software, or spreadsheets a plus) Warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Room to grow: We train for more. This role can expand into sales, account management, or live selling on camera for our brand. Location: Montgomery County Airpark area, Gaithersburg, MD. This is an industrial/warehouse location.
