Part-Time Warehouse & Office Associate (Forklift Required)

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who can move easily between the warehouse floor and the office, and who takes pride in getting things right. About the Role This is a hybrid position: about 30% warehouse and 70% office . You’ll handle physical tasks like picking orders and receiving freight, and you’ll spend most of your day at a computer managing order tracking and keeping our retail and ecommerce customers’ shipments on schedule. Warehouse Responsibilities (≈30%) Safely operate a forklift to move and stage product Pick customer orders from their warehouse locations and load them for pickup or shipment Receive deliveries from carriers, verify shipments, and put product away Lift and move items weighing 50–75 lbs regularly Keep the warehouse organized and safe Office Responsibilities (≈70%) Enter tracking information accurately into our systems Follow up on retail customer orders and coordinate delivery to our retail customers Track down and enter tracking for ecommerce orders that didn’t update automatically Catch and correct errors before they become problems Communicate with carriers and team members to keep orders moving What We’re Looking For Forklift experience and a strong commitment to safety (certification a plus) Comfortable using a computer for data entry, email, and order tracking Sharp attention to detail; you notice mistakes and fix them Able to work independently and think on your feet Reliable, punctual, and willing to pitch in wherever needed Reliable transportation to and from work Physical Requirements Able to lift 50–75 lbs Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for portions of the shift Why You’ll Like Working Here Consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays A mix of hands-on and office work, so no two days feel the same A team where your contributions are noticed and valued If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a team that counts on each other, we’d love to hear from you.
