Seasonal Warehouse Manager Location: Toledo, OH Job Type: Seasonal / Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential Pay & Schedule: Winter (On-Call & Training): $22/hour | 5–10 hours per week Summer (Regular Part-Time): Starting at $15/hour | 20–30 hours per week, with potential for full-time employment (40 hours/week) and performance-based pay increases. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable Seasonal Warehouse Manager who can perform both delivery driver & warehouse associate roles to support our Toledo warehouse. This position starts with flexible, on-call work and training during the winter, with the opportunity to transition into a more consistent schedule during the busy summer season. Summer responsibilities, scheduling, and pay growth will depend on performance during the winter training period. Winter Season – On-Call & Training Pay: $22/hour Hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week , depending on business needs Flexible, on-call scheduling for occasional deliveries, pickups, and warehouse tasks Receive hands-on training in warehouse operations, product handling, and basic battery testing Work independently as needed, with advance coordination whenever possible Summer Season – Regular Part-Time / Full-Time Potential Starting Pay: $15/hour, with opportunities for rapid raises based on performance Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week More consistent scheduling, typically 4 hours or more per workday Regular delivery, pickup, and warehouse responsibilities Potential to transition into a full-time position (40 hours per week) based on performance and business needs Summer scheduling, responsibilities, and advancement opportunities will depend on performance during winter training Responsibilities Complete local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle Receive, load, and unload shipments Pick, pack, and label outgoing orders Organize batteries, chargers, and accessories Prepare packages and pallets for carrier pickup Check shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Report shipment or inventory issues to management Assist with basic battery testing and troubleshooting after training Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and safe driving record Forklift skills are preferred Pallet jack skills are preferred Comfortable driving a cargo van Able to safely lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs using proper equipment or team assistance Comfortable using material-handling equipment and basic hand tools Willing to learn basic battery diagnostics, testing, and troubleshooting Basic phone and computer skills Flexible availability for occasional on-call work during winter Ability to work a more consistent part-time schedule during summer Warehouse or delivery experience preferred Mechanical, automotive, or electrical experience is a plus, but not required Growth Opportunity We value reliability, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly.
