We are a growing company specializing in lighting, window coverings, and commercial supply solutions. What You'll Do Receive, unpack, inspect, and organize incoming products and materials. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Perform light assembly of lighting products, window covering components, and related materials. Package finished products carefully to ensure quality and prevent shipping damage. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Help load and unload deliveries. Perform basic quality checks on assembled products. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and ready to work. Comfortable using basic hand tools and following assembly instructions. Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable standing, moving, and performing hands-on work throughout a shift. Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds with appropriate assistance when needed. Willingness to learn new tasks and help wherever needed. No previous warehouse or assembly experience required.
