Part-Time Warehouse & Field Operations Assistant

Location: Jersey City, NJ and surrounding areas Schedule: Part time, with flexible coverage needed on nights, weekends, and early Saturday mornings. Hours may vary by week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Brick City Ops is looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help wherever the day’s work is happening: in the warehouse, at a customer pickup, or supporting a field team. This is an entry-level position for someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and stays organized when plans change. What you’ll do Receive, scan, sort, stage, and load packages; help prepare routes and resolve packages that need a second look. Support Stack box and dolly pickups and dropoffs, including checking counts and reporting discrepancies. Help with Coco and AVRide field operations, such as deploying or retrieving robots, battery swaps, cleaning, and reporting equipment issues. Assist with warehouse inventory, packing, labeling, pallet staging, and carrier pickups. Record work accurately in online systems, share clear updates with the team, and flag problems early when a count, location, schedule, or instruction does not match what you find. What you’ll need A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record. The ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout a shift . Availability for a changing part-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and early Saturday mornings. Comfort using digital tools such as Slack and Connecteam, and a willingness to learn other online systems. The ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and communicate promptly when something changes. Warehouse or delivery experience is welcome, but it is not required. We can teach the systems and procedures. We’re looking for someone who shows up reliably, pays attention to details, and takes ownership of the next step. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week Work Location: In person
