Part-Time Warehouse & Equipment Supervisor

SERVPRO of Minot is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Part-Time Warehouse & Equipment Supervisor to help keep our warehouse, equipment, inventory, and vehicle fleet organized and ready for daily operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys fixing things, staying organized, taking ownership of a facility, and making sure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained. This person will play an important role in making sure our production teams have the tools and equipment they need when responding to customers. Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/shop Keep equipment, tools, supplies, and materials in their designated locations Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory levels Monitor specialty equipment and help prevent lost or missing tools and components Inspect equipment when it is returned from job sites Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on small equipment Identify damaged or malfunctioning equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary Make sure equipment is clean, complete, and ready for the next job Conduct routine inspections of company vehicles and trailers Check vehicles for new damage, maintenance concerns, tire condition, cleanliness, and proper supplies Help coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and repairs Maintain hoses, cords, extraction equipment, vacuums, pressure washers, generators, and other restoration equipment Help maintain the exterior shop/yard and identify maintenance or safety issues Track maintenance needs and communicate problems to management Hold employees accountable for returning equipment and supplies to their proper locations Assist with other general facility and maintenance projects as needed What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined with experience performing basic equipment or vehicle repairs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable taking ownership of warehouse organization and maintenance Able to identify problems and follow through until they are resolved Basic knowledge of hand tools and small equipment Ability to safely lift and move equipment and supplies Valid driver's license Previous warehouse, maintenance, mechanical, fleet, construction, or restoration experience is a plus We are looking for someone who can maintain a consistent weekly schedule. This position may be a great fit for someone with maintenance or mechanical experience who is looking for steady part-time work.
