Job Location: 1945 James Pkwy, Heath, OH, 43056 Pay: $16.50/hour with opportunity to earn more with incentives Part Time Schedule: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Monday through Friday, 20-25 hours per week. This is permanent, year-round employment. Position Summary: We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team. As a Part-Time Lumper , you'll play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations moving efficiently by unloading inbound freight, organizing product, and helping prepare merchandise for distribution. Position Responsibilities: Safely unload inbound freight from trailers. Sort, organize, and stage merchandise for warehouse operations. Move product using pallet jacks and approved material-handling equipment. Inspect freight for visible damage and communicate concerns to leadership. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety standards and procedures. Support daily warehouse operations through various material-handling tasks. Work closely with team members to achieve productivity and service goals. #CM-ALL Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift, Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting, and Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry Pass pre-employment drug test Preferred qualifications: • 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience• Foodservice distribution or related industry experience Experience using a motorized pallet jack Previous warehouse, unloading, or freight-handling experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
