Part-Time Warehouse Associate – Gift Box Assembly & E-Commerce Prep Company: Aloha Right Now (A1Q LLC) Location: Honolulu, HI 96813 – Kakaako Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on qualifications Employment type: Part-time, variable schedule, on-site Open positions: 2 About Us Aloha Right Now is a locally owned Hawaii snack and gifting company that sells products throughout the United States through Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce channels. We're looking for two reliable, detail-oriented individuals to help assemble our Hawaiian snack gift boxes, prepare products for shipment, and keep our warehouse running efficiently. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and completing tasks accurately. Responsibilities Assemble Hawaiian snack gift boxes according to provided product specifications and packing instructions. Pick, count, inspect, and arrange products inside gift boxes. Apply product labels, barcodes, and expiration dates as instructed. Prepare inventory to meet applicable Amazon FBA and Walmart marketplace requirements. Pack, seal, and label cartons for outbound shipments to mainland fulfillment centers. Check for damaged products, incorrect quantities, and packaging defects. Monitor and report low supplies and inventory discrepancies. Break down cardboard, recycle packaging materials, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Perform additional warehouse preparation and fulfillment tasks as assigned. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail. Able to follow written instructions and packing checklists. Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work. Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable standing, moving, packing, and organizing during shifts. Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with others. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail stocking, or packaging experience is preferred but not required. Schedule and Compensation Flexible, variable part-time hours based on business needs. Initial shifts are expected to focus on gift box assembly and e-commerce preparation. Schedule and hours will be coordinated in advance. Starting pay is expected to be approximately $18-22/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Paid training and an initial introductory evaluation period.
