We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role combines the essential duties of warehouse operations. As a key player in our distribution process, you will handle inventory management. Your proactive approach and attention to safety will contribute significantly to our mission of maintaining seamless warehouse flow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Assist with inventory control by conducting stock counts, managing inventory management software, and ensuring accurate record-keeping using systems like RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Load and unload trucks while following OSHA safety regulations and proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to optimize workflow and safety standards Perform routine inspections of heavy equipment and mechanical tools to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against orders using AS400 or similar systems, ensuring accurate order fulfillment Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklift trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, or similar heavy machinery Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inventory management, materials handling, shipping & receiving, and order picking & packing Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE use in a warehouse setting Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting with proper technique Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing Technical proficiency with inventory management software, RF scanners, WMS platforms, or AS400 systems Prior experience in warehouse supervision or logistics roles is preferred but not required Construction or manufacturing experience is a plus for mechanical knowledge or heavy equipment operation familiarity Join us in a role that keeps the wheels turning!
