Part-Time Warehouse Associate

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our small team as a Part-Time Warehouse Associate. Position Overview The primary responsibility of this position is accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, along with occasional inventory receiving, stocking, and general warehouse organization. Our warehouse is a small, team-oriented environment where accuracy, efficiency, and dependability matter. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and can manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Verify product quantities, part numbers, and shipping information. Receive incoming inventory and assist with stocking and organization. Maintain accurate inventory locations and help identify discrepancies. Keep warehouse work areas clean, safe, and organized. Assist with periodic inventory counts and other warehouse activities. Work closely with office staff to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable using a computer and learning shipping software. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
