Part-Time Warehouse Associate
THE LASH SHOPThe Lash Shop is looking for a dedicated, highly organized Warehouse Associate to help keep our warehouse running smoothly and our entire headquarters clean and tidy. You’ll work under the direction of our Warehouse & Operations Lead. Your first priority each day will be picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately. You’ll also prepare and restock inventory, organize the back bar, and take care of the daily work that keeps our space ready for the team. Our priorities can change quickly, and some orders need special attention. We need someone who pays attention, uses good judgment, and communicates clearly when something doesn’t look right. What You’ll Do Print packing slips and pick, check, scan, photograph, pack, and ship orders. Prepare orders for customer pickup and assist with routine carrier pickups. Prepare and restock inventory, product bins, packing materials, and the back bar. Keep the entire headquarters clean, neat, and organized, including tidying shared spaces and taking out garbage. Notice and report low stock, damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or unusual order details to the Warehouse & Operations Lead. Take initiative on prep, restocking, cleaning, and organization when orders are complete. Help with other warehouse and headquarters tasks as business needs change. What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse experience, especially picking and packing orders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting orders right. Excellent organization skills and pride in maintaining a clean workspace. A proactive approach: you notice what needs to be done and take initiative. Good judgment, including knowing when to pause and bring a concern to the Lead. Clear communication, reliability, and dedication to your work. Comfort with standing, moving products, and performing hands-on work throughout your shift. Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or Chit Chats is an asset. Training will be provided. Hours and Growth This position will initially be approximately 20 hours per week, scheduled as four-hour weekday shifts. Additional hours may be available or needed as order volume and business needs change. The role may grow to full-time and include additional responsibilities based on business needs and performance; full-time hours are not guaranteed.
