Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, organized, and hospitality-driven Part-Time Venue Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of Ravenly Events & Venue. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring our venue is properly prepared, fully stocked, and ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include bar operations, beverage inventory management, deliveries, event preparation, vendor coordination, and event-day support. The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience, strong customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. While this position does not include direct staff supervision, it will assist with staff training and reinforcing service standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow alongside our business, with potential advancement into a full-time management position. Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day venue operations, including event preparation, setup, opening, and closing procedures. Assist with bar operations, including beverage preparation, stocking, organization, and maintaining service standards. Maintain beverage inventory, monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, receive deliveries, and ensure proper stock rotation. Coordinate vendor deliveries, rentals, and routine event logistics. Ensure the venue is organized, properly stocked, and prepared for upcoming events. Assist with training new bartenders and event staff, demonstrating procedures and reinforcing service expectations. Support event-day operations and help ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences. Provide excellent customer and client service while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Identify operational needs, resolve routine issues, and communicate concerns or recommendations to ownership. Assist with maintaining venue policies, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service standards. Requirements Previous hands-on bartending experience is required. Strong customer and client service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous bar management experience is preferred, with strong knowledge of beverage inventory, ordering, stocking, and inventory controls. Venue, wedding, hospitality, or event operations experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate operational needs. Experience assisting with staff training or onboarding is preferred. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory tracking, and basic operational reporting is beneficial. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with Wednesday and Friday availability for deliveries and event preparation. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stocking, setup, and event operations, with reasonable accommodations as applicable. Compensation & Schedule Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week. Starting pay of $22 per hour, with potential growth to $26 per hour based on experience, performance, and expanded responsibilities. Hourly, non-exempt position.
