PART-TIME TOWING DISPATCHER

TowDaddy is hiring a Part-Time Towing Dispatcher. Pay: $21–$23 CAD per hour. We are seeking an experienced, reliable dispatcher who is proficient in Towbook and able to manage dispatch operations independently. Key Responsibilities: Receive, prioritize, and assign towing and roadside assistance calls. Select suitable trucks and drivers based on availability, location, and equipment. Manage assignments, status updates, and completion records through Towbook. Monitor truck locations, driver availability, job progress, and ETAs. Plan efficient routes and identify alternatives during traffic delays or road closures. Keep customers informed and provide operational support to drivers during difficult situations and emergencies. Maintain accurate dispatch records. Required Qualifications: Strong hands-on knowledge of Towbook. Knowledge of light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty towing, roadside assistance, accident, and recovery calls. Strong knowledge of Toronto and GTA roads and traffic conditions. Familiarity with GPS tracking and driver monitoring. Strong English communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple calls independently.
