Part-Time Student Transportation Driver – Paid Per Route Looking for dependable, safety-conscious drivers to provide student transportation throughout Southern California. Are you looking for a flexible, part-time driving opportunity that fits around your existing schedule? We offer route-based assignments that may be a great fit for drivers who want to supplement their income while continuing to work with other transportation companies or pursue other opportunities. Drivers use their own personal vehicles and are compensated per assigned route. Routes may include morning and afternoon student transportation, with free time between assigned trips. What You'll Do Safely transport students to and from their designated destinations. Arrive promptly for scheduled pickups and drop-offs. Follow assigned transportation schedules and route instructions. Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable personal vehicle. Communicate professionally regarding delays, route updates, or transportation concerns. Follow applicable student transportation safety requirements and company procedures. Provide courteous, professional service to students and their families. What We're Looking For Reliable personal vehicle suitable for the assigned route. Willingness to complete required screening, documentation, and onboarding procedures. Compensation & Schedule Paid per route: Compensation is based on assigned routes. Part-time opportunity: Ideal for drivers seeking supplemental income. Morning and afternoon routes: Assignments depend on route availability. Flexible between trips: There are no guaranteed mid-day assignments; drivers are free between their scheduled trips. Personal vehicle required: Drivers use their own vehicles for assigned transportation. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have a reliable personal vehicle (2012 or newer). Must pass required background screening, Live Scan fingerprinting, and drug testing.
