Part-Time Staging and Logistics Coordinator

About Magnolia Staging Solutions Magnolia Staging Solutions is a growing home-staging company serving the Conejo Valley and Ventura County. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to support our staging projects and help create a thoughtful, professional experience for our clients. Position Details Part-time employee $20 per hour Approximately 5–20 hours per week to start Variable, project-based hours; work may be available on weekdays and/or weekends Work takes place at staging properties, storage locations, and other project-related locations throughout the Conejo Valley and Ventura County Reliable personal transportation is required for travel to project locations Employees will not be required to transport Magnolia furniture or décor in their personal vehicles Responsibilities Assist with coordinating staging deliveries, installations, pickups, and de-stages Help prepare project schedules, job details, and team assignments Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and placing furniture and décor Prepare furniture, décor, and supplies for upcoming staging projects Help maintain an organized warehouse, storage areas, vehicles, and equipment Track inventory and report missing, damaged, or misplaced items Assist with quality-control checks before and after installations Communicate professionally with team members, clients, real estate agents, and vendors Help identify logistical challenges and suggest practical solutions Support the development and improvement of Magnolia’s systems and procedures Represent Magnolia Staging Solutions with professionalism and care in every home Perform other related duties as needed to support staging operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and perform the essential physical functions of the position Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with staging, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying, pushing, and pulling Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally Able to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and ask questions when clarification is needed Experience in logistics, delivery, moving, warehousing, home staging, events, or other hands-on work is helpful but not required Application Please apply through Indeed with your resume or a brief summary of relevant experience.
