Part-Time Shipping & Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping & Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and logistics operations. Job Summary The Shipping & Warehouse Associate is responsible for preparing, packing, and processing outgoing customer orders accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Accuracy is extremely important. The person in this role must ensure that the correct equipment, accessories, documents, and shipping labels are included with every order before it leaves our facility. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify products and quantities against sales orders and shipping documents. Package aesthetic equipment and accessories securely to prevent damage during transportation. Print and apply shipping labels. Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other freight providers. Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments. Inspect packages before shipment to ensure orders are complete and properly packed. Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. Keep the shipping and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist with inventory counts and locating products as needed. Immediately communicate shipment issues, damages, or discrepancies to management. Follow all company shipping, warehouse, and quality-control procedures. Assist with additional warehouse and logistics duties as needed. Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred. Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable and punctual. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Other duties as needed. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be able to consistently work the scheduled hours of 1:00 PM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive warehouse duties. Ability to safely lift and move packages and equipment as required.
