Part-Time Shipping & Print Associate – PackageHub

About Us PackageHub is your neighborhood shipping and print center. We help customers ship packages, print documents, and get projects done quickly and professionally. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to join our store. What You’ll Do Pack and prepare items for shipment, choosing the right box size and packing materials to keep items safe Process customer shipments with major carriers, including weighing, measuring, quoting rates, and printing labels Handle print jobs such as copies, flyers, posters, business cards, and documents Edit and format customer files for printing, including resizing, layout adjustments, and basic design fixes Assist customers at the counter and answer questions about shipping options and print services Run the register and handle payments accurately Keep the store, workstations, and supply areas clean and organized What We’re Looking For Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software Experience editing documents or images for print Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus Good customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed Schedule 25 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm or 10am–6pm Why Join Us Steady part-time hours Hands-on experience in shipping, printing, and design Friendly, small-business environment Employee discounts on shipping Paid Holidays off Flexible scheduling Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
