This position is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Package products securely to prevent damage during transit. Print shipping labels and prepare necessary shipping documentation. Process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Verify order accuracy before shipments leave the facility. Maintain an organized and clean shipping and packing area. Assist with receiving inventory and stocking products as needed. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or shipping issues. Perform other warehouse and shipping-related duties as needed. Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills. Previous shipping, packing, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move packages throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds.
