Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining attractive merchandising standards Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cash drawer management, and basic math calculations Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and inventory counts to ensure product availability Promote store promotions and new products through engaging communication and product knowledge Qualifications Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
