Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Apparel Associate to join our family owned business. As an Apparel Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect apparel items. This position requires strong retail and sales skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome - Assist customers in finding the right apparel items based on their preferences and needs - Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns - Operate cash register and process transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor - Stock merchandise and ensure proper display of products - Assist with inventory management and replenishment - Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer experience - Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy - Follow company policies and procedures for loss prevention Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel or jewelry sales - Strong knowledge of retail math and cash register operations - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and electronic sales tools - skills (if applicable) to assist diverse customer base - Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor - Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries Join our family owned business as an Apparel Associate and enjoy a rewarding career in the retail industry.
