Part-Time Sales Associate

At least 16 years old, High School or College student preferred but not required. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest. Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays through effective merchandising techniques. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with inventory management, including stocking, inventory counts, and product replenishment to ensure store readiness. Requirements Team player Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, to connect effectively with diverse customers. Knowledge of retail store product lines and merchandising principles to enhance presentation and sales. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences. Basic math skills for cash register operations, cash handling, and balancing the cash drawer at shift end.
