Job Overview Part-Time Route Sales Representative / Account Manager Coughtry Wholesale Billings, MT Pay: $20/hour + 3% sales commission Average earning potential: Around $30/hour with commission, based on current route sales. Schedule: 2 days per week, approximately 8–11 hours per day. About Us Coughtry Wholesale is a growing snack and beverage distribution company based in Billings, Montana. We service convenience stores, grocery stores, hardware stores, and other retail locations throughout the region. Job Description We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing individual to manage an established delivery and sales route. This is more than just a delivery position. We're looking for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, takes ownership of their accounts, and actively works to increase sales. Responsibilities Drive a company-provided box truck to service retail accounts. Deliver, stock, rotate, and merchandise products. Write orders and manage inventory at each location. Build strong relationships with store owners and managers. Introduce new products and identify opportunities to increase sales. Sell additional displays and expand product placement. Maintain organized and attractive product sections. Work independently while meeting monthly sales goals. Qualifications Valid driver's license and good driving record. No CDL required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, reliable, and organized. Ability to lift and move cases of products. Sales, merchandising, or delivery experience preferred but not required. Compensation & Opportunity $20/hour guaranteed base pay 3% commission on route sales Average earnings around $30/hour, including commission, based on current route volume.
