Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable team member to manage stockroom organization and inventory counts on a flexible part-time schedule. This 100% on-site role is built as a launching pad for your retail career, with structured pathways to lead positions. You will serve as Part-time On-site, delivering the signature Detail-oriented organizer with a desire to grow that sets Retail & Sales Group apart in the retail stock specialist.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
• Inventory Auditing: Scan and log over 300 stock items daily using Zebra handheld barcode scanners to maintain 99% inventory accuracy across stockroom shelves.
• Stockroom Receiving: Unload weekly shipments of 50 to 100 boxes, verify packing slips in RF scanners, and organize products neatly in backroom racks.
• Sales Floor Replenishment: Restock up to 15 display bays during early morning or evening shifts using handheld inventory software to prevent shelf stockouts.
• Leadership Pathway Training: Participate in monthly 1-on-1 mentorship sessions with store management to track career goals and build skills for inventory supervisor promotions.
