Part-Time Pet Treat Production & Fulfillment Associate

About Us We're a small, family-owned pet treat company in Manassas making all-natural, single-ingredient freeze-dried and dehydrated treats for dogs and cats. About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help with packaging, order fulfillment, inventory and day-to-day warehouse work. No experience is required. We'll train the right person. The biggest perk is flexibility. We're a small manufacturer, not a 9-to-5 operation, so once you're trained, you choose when you work, and your schedule can change week to week as your life does. It's a great fit if you're balancing school, another job, family or other commitments. What You'll Do Production & Packaging Weigh, portion, fill, seal and label treat bags Inspect finished products and packaging for quality and accuracy Load and unload freeze dryers (after training) Order Fulfillment Pick, pack and ship online orders Prepare large wholesale orders with multiple boxes Double-check products and quantities before orders go out Inventory & Warehouse Count and track inventory Receive incoming supplies and keep shelves and storage organized Restock finished products and packaging materials Cleaning & Sanitation Clean and sanitize work surfaces, trays, bins and equipment Plus other production and warehouse tasks as needed. Please Read Before Applying Our treats are real, minimally processed animal parts, including meat, organs, seafood, feet, heads, ears and necks. You'll handle these directly every shift. If that's not for you, this role won't be a good fit. What We're Looking For Reliable and communicative. Your schedule can be flexible, but when you say you'll be here, we need to count on you. Detail-oriented and able to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy Quick learner who follows established processes Self-motivated and comfortable working independently once trained Keeps a clean, organized, sanitary workspace Able to lift 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and bend, reach and do repetitive tasks Reliable transportation to our Manassas facility Experience in packaging, food production, fulfillment, e-commerce or warehouse work is a plus, but reliability, attention to detail and willingness to learn matter more to us. Schedule Training hours are scheduled with our team at the start. After that, you set your own days and times, and you can adjust them as needed. We just ask that you let us know your plans ahead of time so we can keep production and orders on track. Bonus: Optional Event Work Down the road, you may have the chance to pick up extra paid hours at farmers markets, festivals and vendor events. These are completely optional and paid separately. Pay: $16.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Will you be okay touching freeze-dried or dehydrated pet treats (animal parts)? Work Location: In person
