We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to grow with us and contribute to our success. Job Summary We are seeking a part time Order Picker Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure smooth order fulfillment and exceptional service for our customers. Duties Light Janitorial Work - willingness to clean bathrooms on rotation Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and other warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness Operate pallet jacks Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols Pack products securely for shipping while maintaining quality control standards Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying inbound and outbound shipments Stock shelves and organize inventory to optimize warehouse distribution flow Support warehouse supervision by maintaining cleanliness, safety standards, and efficient workflow Comfortable climbing straight ladders into pallet racking to bring down boxes weighing up to 30-35lbs Skills Proven experience with order picking, packing, and warehouse distribution processes Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate inventory control Strong materials handling skills with an emphasis on safety during heavy lifting and load/unload tasks Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, quality control, and order fulfillment practices Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and inventory management Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us at BambooMN where your energy fuels our growth!
