In this energetic role, you will assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unloading belongings with precision and care. Duties Safely lift, carry, and load household or commercial items during moves, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Operate equipment such as forklifts when necessary to move heavy or bulky items within warehouses or trucks. Assist with packing belongings securely using appropriate materials to protect items during transit. Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service throughout the moving process. Coordinate with team members to organize moving schedules and ensure timely completion of each job. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including trucks and storage areas, adhering to safety protocols. Support warehouse operations by assisting with inventory management and loading/unloading supplies. Experience Prior experience in moving services, warehouse work, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Experience in commercial driving or operating moving trucks is advantageous but not mandatory.
