Medication Delivery Driver (Vehicle Provided) | Part-Time Weekdays | $18/hr | Waterloo, IA (Waterloo / Cedar Falls) Preferred home cities: Waterloo or Cedar Falls. If you love driving, have a big heart, and want steady midday hours, you'll fit in well here. This is NOT dropping a package on a porch and running. You'll deliver medications to homebound individuals who depend on you. Each person on your route is unique and deserves your full attention. Whether they meet you with frustration or a smile, you must be able to work your stops with love and understanding. Pay & Vehicle * Pay: $18.00 per hour * Part-time: Monday–Friday, start at 11:30 a.m., finish between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. depending on the route * Roughly 15–25 hours per week * Vehicle provided * Want more hours? Other runs are available as needed How the job works * Start at 11:30 and run your medication route * Your stops are homebound individuals—many will be glad to see you, some will be having a hard day * Take your time at each door—be patient, be kind, be clear * Treat every delivery and every customer's information with privacy and respect * No micromanagement—clear expectations, then we let you work * Want more? Pick up other BenX runs when they come up A day in the life (example) Start at 11:30 → load your medications → work your stops across Waterloo and Cedar Falls → a friendly hello at one door, a patient conversation at the next → route done between 2:30 and 4:30 → take an extra run if you want more hours.
