Job Description

• Hybrid remote and in-office

• 20 hours a week

• 4 days a week, 5-hour days - Monday through Thursday

• Working hours from 9am to 3pm or 10am to 4pm

Our client, a boutique marketing agency in Scottsdale, Arizona, is looking for a Part-time Marketing Operations Manager who thrives on project management, keeping a team on track and accountable for execution, creating structure, building repeatable processes, and generating results.

This role is not about managing tasks — it’s about owning outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Ensuring that client work is delivered on time and at a high standard
• Managing the team so that it operates efficiently and productively
• Creating processes and ensuring that they are followed and documented
• Producing internal and client communication that is clear, direct, and professional

This is a driver-style role — direct, focused, and results-oriented. This is not a passive project management role.
